4.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. The Operator will never request a Player's password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through a Player's account is the Player's sole responsibility.
4.4 If a Player suspects that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, they must notify ijjgame support immediately. The Operator will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access caused by the Player's failure to keep credentials secure.
4.5 ijjgame reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Required documents may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.1 All transactions on ijjgame are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Debit Card.

The Operator is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
5.6 Funds deposited into a Player's ijjgame account are held in segregated accounts, separate from the Operator's operational capital. This ensures that Player funds remain protected and available for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.
6.1 From time to time, ijjgame may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types will be specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 ijjgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player, the terms in effect at the time of the claim will continue to apply to that specific bonus instance.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or misrepresentation to obtain promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
6.5 Promotional offers made by ijjgame are intended for recreational players. The Operator reserves the right to exclude individual accounts from receiving future promotional offers at its sole discretion, without providing a reason, and without affecting the Player's ability to continue using the platform with their real-money balance.
7.1 All sports bets placed on ijjgame — including cricket, PSL, kabaddi, E-Sports, and all other markets — are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type as published within the platform's sportsbook section.
7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed by the Player. In the event of an obvious pricing error — a manifest error in the odds — ijjgame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance.
7.3 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at any time during an event at the Operator's discretion, particularly in the event of a technical issue, feed disruption, or irregular market activity. Bets placed before a suspension will be settled normally unless affected by the circumstances triggering the suspension.
7.4 For cricket and PSL markets specifically: if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or otherwise altered from its scheduled format, bets will be settled in accordance with the official sport governing body's result, or voided and stakes returned where no official result is available.
7.5 The maximum payout on any single sports bet, accumulator, or parlay placed on ijjgame is subject to limits that are displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation. These limits exist to manage the Operator's risk exposure and are applied consistently across all Players.
8.1 All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on ijjgame are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live human dealers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are made available within each game's information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ijjgame platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 ijjgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraud or abuse has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a legal or compliance risk.
10.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held securely and will be returned upon satisfactory resolution of the matter, unless the investigation concludes that the balance is subject to forfeiture under these Terms.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ijjgame support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 The Operator's total aggregate liability to any individual Player, arising from any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ijjgame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 ijjgame does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.
13.4 The Operator accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's reliance on information published on the platform — including odds, statistics, or market descriptions — that contains typographical errors or outdated data. Players should exercise their own independent judgement when placing wagers.
14.1 ijjgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

15.4 Nothing in these Terms shall affect a Player's statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the statutory provision shall take precedence.
